IPSA 藝術工作坊 Workshop

六月底時主持了IPSA的藝術工作坊，帶著大家觀察花和自己，嘗試專注地畫畫。
過程裡大家都很投入，有些人本身沒有學畫畫，有些人是 很久沒有畫，大家坐在一起，很專注很安靜地畫，那刻我便感覺畫畫是很單純的，它是不同的體驗，而有時我們要學習的，不只有繪畫的技巧，還有享受那樣的過程。
At the end of June, I hosted an art workshop for IPSA, where I guided participants to observe both flowers and themselves, and to try drawing with mindful focus.
